Your subscription and your data

ArchiveSend is $10 a month, flat. One price, no per-gallery fees, and no commission on anything you sell.

What is free and what is not

Signing up, connecting your storage, adding clients and jobs, drafting a contract and building an invoice are all free. You can see whether the thing suits you before paying anything.

A subscription is needed for the three things that put something in front of a client: sending a contract to be signed, sharing a gallery, and issuing an invoice.

If you cancel

Links your clients already have keep working. You did not stop their download, and a contract going dead in somebody's inbox would be your problem rather than ours.

You keep access to your own records, and you cannot send anything new until you resubscribe. Your files are in your own storage account and are entirely unaffected.

Taking your data with you

Your data downloads everything we hold as one file: clients, projects, contracts and their signatures, invoices, payments, packages, deliveries and download history.

Two things are deliberately not in it. Your photographs, because they were never ours and are already in your storage. And your storage secret key, because we are not writing that into a file that lands in your Downloads folder.

Deleting your account

Account settings has a delete option. It removes everything listed above from our side, and it does not touch your storage.

Referrals

Everybody gets a referral code made from their own name. When somebody you refer makes their first payment, you both get a month free, applied as credit against your next bill rather than by moving your renewal date. Nothing is given away before real money moves.
