Putting your studio on your clients' pages
Three of these pages are seen by your clients rather than by you: a gallery, a contract, and an invoice. They carry your studio, not ours. Set it up on the Your branding page.
Your logo
A wide logo works best, roughly 360 by 48 pixels. A PNG with a transparent background will sit on the page properly whatever we change around it. We do not accept SVG, because an SVG can carry a script and these pages are opened by people who did not choose to trust us.
No logo is a perfectly good answer. Your studio name shows instead, set from your account, and that already beats somebody else's mark.
Your color
One color, used for buttons and links. Paste the hex from your own website if you have it, or pick one. We work out whether black or white text can be read on top of it, so a pale brand color still gives a legible button.
Your website
Optional. Adding it makes your logo a link back to you. Without it the logo is just a logo: it never links to us, because a client clicking your mark and landing on our marketing page is the exact thing these pages exist to avoid.
Taking our name off
There is one line at the bottom of those pages reading "Sent with ArchiveSend". Untick it and it is gone. It is not a paid extra and there is no tier above the one you are on, because charging to take our name off a page your client reads would be charging for the thing this product is about.
Leaving it on is how other photographers find us, which is the only argument we have for it. Your call.
What we have not built
Your own domain, so galleries live at something like photos.yourstudio.com. It needs DNS and a certificate per studio and we would rather not ship half of it. If it is the thing standing between you and using this, write and say so: that is how it gets prioritized.
Still stuck? Write to support@archivesend.com and tell us what you were doing when it went wrong.
